From what i understand, RM442,000 is NOT the nett purchase price, need to minus the furnishing/fitting-out/renovation package first... is this package a lump sum or a % of the (gross) purchase price? Haven't been able to find out....

another catch i worry about is, revenue is room rates minus commission and discounts accorded to agents. what if they appoint a sole agent and give huge discount (e.g. 50%)?
as this is not a residential property, there will not be management corporation or residential committee that can 'meddle' with the running of thebusiness...what can buyers do if they abuse this clause?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3247719472563125047.post-63490078678200989022009-10-25T12:57:40.953+08:002009-10-25T12:57:40.953+08:00good points about the risk of abandonment, and the...good points about the risk of abandonment, and the ROI of 14% (wow!!)... but but...20% of RM442,000 should be RM88,400, not RM42,000?! (the sales agent's maths not very good or he/she deliberately misguide you?!) that means it's more like 6-7% ROI, which is still better than FD rate!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
