Rainy Season is finally gone!!!

And I started walking again… at Likas Sport Complex this time… not Tun Fuad…

We got beautiful sunset here as well, and beautiful friends also of course… not to mention the Bishop and our Church chief deacon also jogs here hahaha

One Fine Day

It’s been a long long time since my last jog (well okay, walk…) at the Likas Sport Complex… and what a pleasant surprise it was to found that they’ve extended the jogging track… these are photos snapped from the new “site”… with my iPod using LemeLemeHD.

It’s been months since I last climbed the Tun Fuad Hill,
today, despite the drizzle… I made my way to the Park and started climbing… although there were only a few climbers… I just continued and prayed that it would not rain… but… it still rained!

I only managed half way… attempted to start climbing the second hill but before I could reach the foot hill, it poured!

Sigh… so I had to rush back down…
No sunset shot this time…
just rain and rain…

 

Fat Shadow

Even my long shadow show my biggest shame… my elephantic bottock and thighs… 
Sigh… when I lose weight the rest of the body shrink but the elephant stubbornly remains where it wants to be…

All in a Day

Took Little for a walk further away from home to check out the newly erected “Cadangan Membina” sign board on the big piece of nature that is now stripped naked…

Sigh…

It’s 7am-ish… drove out to Inanam town to tapao breakfast,
on the way back, the sun has risen from the sleepy Crocker Range (know as Kokol)… it must be very scenic up there!

The haze has made this picture possible,
so I was thinking it has its good side too… ?

After dinner… I took the Gigi, BouBou and Little Dan for a walk… to unwind and for some wilderness!

I know I need to start exercising...
looking for a form of exercising that suits a lazy person like me can be difficult...
but I've found walking!

Walking is just like going window shopping...
That I can do for hours non stop!

Locked on the form of exercise... next is to get a partner!
This I think is the most difficult task...

 

Next is to find a nice place to walk and the time... these are big problems...

Conclusion... lets forget it!

 

WALKING DON'TS Common mistakes made by walkers...

1. Do not over stride

2. Do not use too vigorous arm movements

3. Do not look at the ground

4. Do not hunch your shoulders

5. Do not carry hand weights or place weights on your ankles
